Machine Learning Course

Do you have more data than you know what to do with? Would you like to learn how to identify patterns in it? Machine learning is a useful tool for finding interesting patterns in data without the need for extensive programming. The five-day course “Machine learning for bioinformatics and computational biology” will take place from November 21-25, 2016 at the University of Zurich.

Preparing for the conclusion of SystemsX.ch

SystemsX.ch was launched in 2008 with a limited lifespan, and will come to an end in 2018. There will be neither an extension, nor a new initiative in systems biology thereafter. It will be important, however, to carefully plan the final stages of the initiative. So what remains for project leaders to do?
