Protein Bioinformatics: Sequence-Structure-Function - Basel, Switzerland
The SIB course "Protein Bioinformatics: Sequence-Structure-Function" is addressed to biologists who work with proteins in any context. The SIB developers behind the tools for curation, integration and inference of protein structural and functional data will provide lectures and practicals, culminating in a "bring your own protein(s)" workshop. The Event will be held in Basel from January 25-28, 2016.
