Computational Modeling of the Kinetics of Interacting Amino Acid Transporters Using System Identification


The goal of this IPhD project is to establish a computational model of AAT interaction to investigate the regulation of AA transport across cell membranes, focusing on basolateral epithelial membranes. Model data are obtained from Xenopus laevis oocyte expression systems.
